Job summary

Bromford Flagship Livewest is seeking an organized and customer-focused M&E Service Coordinator in Norwich with agile working. You will coordinate servicing, repairs and maintenance with engineers, contractors and customers, ensuring scheduling and completion are efficient and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule servicing, repairs and maintenance work.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups and rebooking missed visits.
• Monitor jobs through to completion and ensure service standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records, systems and compliance documentation.
• Support invoicing, purchase orders and performance reporting.
• Communicate proactively with customers and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving queries.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused M&E Service Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of mechanical and electrical services.

Location: Norwich - with agile working

Hours: Full Time - 40 hpw - Monday to Friday

Contract: Fixed Term - 12 months

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an M&E Service Coordinator, you'll act as a central point of contact for customers, colleagues, engineers and contractors, ensuring servicing, repairs and maintenance activities are planned, scheduled and completed efficiently. You'll manage jobs from creation through to completion, helping to deliver a reliable service that meets customer expectations and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• coordinating and scheduling servicing, repairs and maintenance work.
• managing appointments, follow-ups and rebooking missed visits.
• monitoring jobs through to completion and ensuring service standards are met.
• maintaining accurate records, systems and compliance documentation.
