Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Required - Monday to Friday - Sheffield - Start ASAP - Temp to perm

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in a commercial environment on a static basis in Sheffield. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Sheffield on a temp to perm basis. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical and Mechanical building maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive hourly rate of up to £25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast\'s, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabric
• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

Hours

• 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)
• Monday to Friday

Requirements

• Electrically or mechanically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3
• City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition if electrically biased
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills
