Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Euston on a large commercial estate. You will perform PPMs and reactive maintenance within a shift team of four engineers, focusing on M&E and building upkeep.

The role requires electrical/ME experience, with a salary up to £48,000, overtime, and training opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical maintenance experience in building services.
• PPMs and reactive maintenance in a commercial estate.
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Must be multi-skilled with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• 4 on, 4 off shift pattern with 7am–7pm hours.
• Lighting installation, fault-finding and lamping.
• Emergency lighting tests and control panels.
• Ballast replacement and BMS system monitoring.

Mechanical OR Electrical Engineer - Day Shift - FM Service Provider - Euston - Up to £48,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Eustonhas arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Euston, to be based on a large commercial estate. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance working within a shift team of 4 engineers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in M&E and general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• 4 on, 4 off
• 7am - 7pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Requirements
