Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer for a day shift role in Euston. You will perform PPMs and reactive maintenance on a large commercial estate as part of a four-engineer shift team. • Lighting: installation, fault-finding, lamps.

• BMS monitoring (hot/cold) and logbooks upkeep.
• Plumbing tasks including unblocking toilets.
• Pumps and motors maintenance.

Mechanical OR Electrical Engineer - Day Shift - FM Service Provider - Euston - Up to £48,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Euston has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Euston, to be based on a large commercial estate. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance working within a shift team of 4 engineers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in M&E and general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• 4 on, 4 off
• 7am - 7pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Requirements
