CBW Staffing Solutions Limited in London (Euston) is seeking an Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a large commercial estate. You will perform PPMs and reactive maintenance within a shift team of four, on a 4 on 4 off pattern, 7am–7pm.

Candidates should be electrically qualified with City & Guilds levels 2 and 3, able to provide trade certificates, and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required).
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client facing experience is desirable.

• Lighting (small installation, fault-finding, lamping).
• Emergency lighting tests.
• Control panels maintenance and fault finding.
• BMS system monitoring and control.
• Maintain and update log books.
• Plumbing tasks including unblocking toilets.

Mechanical OR Electrical Engineer - Day Shift - FM Service Provider - Euston - Up to £48,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Euston has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Euston, to be based on a large commercial estate. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance working within a shift team of 4 engineers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in M&E and general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• - 4 on, 4 off
• - 7am - 7pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• - Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• - Emergency lighting tests
• - Control Panels
• - BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• - Maintain and update Log books
• - Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
