CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a day shift role at a large commercial estate in Euston. You will perform PPMs and reactive maintenance within a four-engineer team.

The ideal candidate has a solid M&E background, experience with commercial building maintenance, and is prepared for a salary up to £48,000 with overtime and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2/3.
• 18th Edition is desirable.
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lighting: small installation, fault finding, lampping.
• Emergency lighting tests and inspections.
• Control panels maintenance and fault finding.
• Ballast changes and lamp replacements.
• BMS system monitoring (hot & cold).
• Maintain and update log books.

Mechanical OR Electrical Engineer - Day Shift - FM Service Provider - Euston - Up to £48,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Eustonhas arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Euston, to be based on a large commercial estate.He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance working within a shift team of 4 engineers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in M&E and general building maintenance.In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• 4 on, 4 off
• 7am - 7pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
