Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a tenants’ side role in a high-profile Euston building. You will perform PPMs, reactive maintenance and ensure building services meet safety standards.

The role offers a salary up to £46,000, on a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, with overtime opportunities, further training, and no callout requirement.

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical qualification required.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.

Responsibilities

• Lighting: installation, fault-finding, lamping.
• Emergency lighting tests and maintenance of control panels.
• Ballast changes and BMS monitoring (hot/cold).
• Maintain and update log books for facilities.
• Plumbing tasks including unblocking toilets.
• Pumps and motors maintenance.

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Eustonhas arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Euston, to be based tenants side for a high-profile client.He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical & general building maintenance.In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £46,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 5pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
