The role requires a strongFacilities Maintenance background with City & Guilds levels 2/3, client-facing skills, and a track record in commercial property maintenance.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2/3 required.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Client facing role experience.

Responsibilities

• Lighting - installation, fault finding, lamping.
• Emergency lighting tests.
• Control panels maintenance.
• BMS system monitoring (hot & cold).
• Maintain and update log books.
• Plumbing - unblocking toilets.
• Pumps and motors maintenance.

Mechanical OR Electrical Engineer - Tenants & Landlord - FM Service Provider - Euston - Up to £46,000 - No Callout

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Euston has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Euston, to be based tenants side for a high-profile client. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £46,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 5pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
