Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a pharmaceutical environment in Cambridge. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems on site, ensuring reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Electrically or mechanically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 & 3.
• 18th Edition is desirable.
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled with good communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lighting installation, fault-finding and lamping.
• Emergency lighting tests and maintenance.
• Control panels and ballast changing.
• BMS system monitoring and logging.
• Maintain and update log books.
• Plumbing tasks including unblocking toilets.
• Pumps and motors maintenance.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Pharmaceutical Environment - FM Service Provider - Cambridge - Up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Cambridge has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Pharmaceutical Environment located right by Cambridge. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical, Mechanical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £43,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am to 17:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
