CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a pharmaceutical environment in Cambridge. The role covers PPMs and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong facilities maintenance background, with City & Guilds Level 2/3 qualifications. The package includes up to £45,000, overtime, further training, and a pathway for progression.

Qualifications

• Electrically or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2/3 (Required).
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client facing and able to operate on site.

Responsibilities

• Lighting maintenance and fault-finding.
• Emergency lighting tests and maintenance.
• Control panels and BMS monitoring.
• Log book upkeep and routine paperwork.
• Plumbing and general building maintenance tasks.
• Pumps and motors servicing.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Pharmaceutical Environment - FM Service Provider - Cambridge - Up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Cambridge has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Pharmaceutical Environment located right by Cambridge. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical, Mechanical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am to 17:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
