Responsibilities

• Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Test and maintain emergency lighting and control panels.
• Monitor and update log books and service records.
• Attend to pumps and motors and ensure building fabric systems operate reliably.

Location Cambridge, England Sector Engineering Salary £43,000.00 to £45,000.00 per annum

M&E (Electrical or Mechanical Bias) Maintenance Engineer - Pharmaceutical Environment - FM Service Provider - Cambridge - Up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Cambridge has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Pharmaceutical Environment located right by Cambridge. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical, Mechanical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am to 17:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
