CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a Pharmaceutical Environment based in Cambridge. The role covers PPMs and reactive building maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems on site.

You will need City & Guilds qualifications, 18th Edition desirable, and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The position offers a competitive salary up to £45,000, overtime, training, and career progression.

Qualifications

• Electrically or mechanically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 and Level 3.
• 18th Edition (Desirable).
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lighting – fault-finding, installation and lamping.
• Emergency lighting tests and control panels.
• Changing ballast and maintaining BMS systems.
• Maintain and update log books.
• Plumbing tasks – unblock toilets.
• Pumps and motors maintenance.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Pharmaceutical Environment - FM Service Provider - Cambridge - Up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Cambridge has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Pharmaceutical Environment locatedright by Cambridge. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical, Mechanical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am to 17:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
