Job summary

Electrical Maintenance Engineer role based in Didcot for a pharmaceutical environment. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance as part of the on-site team under a reputable FM provider.

Salary up to £48,200, with overtime, training and progression. Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. 24 days leave, life cover, cycle to work scheme. Requirements include City & Guilds Level 2/3 and 18th Edition; AM2 or 2391 testing desirable.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required).
• 18th Edition (Required).
• AM2 (Highly Desirable).
• 2391 Testing & Inspection (Highly Desirable).
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client facing responsibilities on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lighting – installation, fault-finding and lamping.
• Emergency lighting tests and maintenance.
• Control panels and BMS system monitoring.
• Maintain and update log books.
• Plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets.
• Pumps and motors maintenance.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Pharmaceutical - Didcot - Up to £48,200

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Didcot has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment located in Didcot, Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8 am to 5 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
