Job summary

Accor, a global hospitality group, seeks an experienced M&E hotel sales professional to manage day-to-day group and events enquiries for the UK and ENA markets. You will liaise with hotels and partners across ENA and the global network using Back You and Anais (Salesforce) to drive conversion and hit annual targets.

Responsibilities include recommending hotels that best fit client needs, maintaining strong relationships with customers and hotels, and supporting the GSE strategy with a proactive

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in M&E hotel sales, banqueting or a MICE / DMC agency, ideally at hotel or central level handling M&E group enquiries.
• Fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
• Strong M&E market knowledge (UK / ENA).
• Good organizational skills and geographical knowledge of Europe.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Answer M&E booking requests and follow up RFPs by phone, email and online (B2B).
• Advise and recommend the hotels that best suit client needs and Accor sales priorities.
• Stay organised and multi-task to handle several enquiries at once.
• Support the implementation and achievement of the GSE strategy and targets.
