A leading mechanical and electrical services company seeks an experienced Contracts Manager for HVAC maintenance in Manchester. This role involves managing service delivery across multiple contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and leading engineering teams. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £66,000 to £91,000, inclusive of bonuses and allowances, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in an M&E or HVAC maintenance environment.
• Strong technical understanding of M&E and HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end performance of maintenance contracts.
• Act as primary client contact and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor contract financials and ensure compliance with H&S legislation.
