Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow is seeking an M&E and Groups Sport and Events Executive to coordinate group visits across a cluster of hotels. You will manage customer enquiries, input rooming lists, load offers in Opera, ensure pre-check-in payments, and liaise with the Sales team to maximise guest experiences.

The role rewards strong communicators with excellent organisation and attention to detail, in a fast-paced hospitality environment with ongoing training and clear progression.

As a M&E and Groups Sport and Events Executive , you’ll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day.
