Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Pauls is seeking a Cluster M&E Sales Executive to drive meetings and events sales, converting enquiries and building lasting client relationships across our portfolio.

You will produce function sheets, coordinate with hotel operations, and ensure Sales & Catering/Opera/Delphi are updated to reflect contract details, aiming to maximise revenue and deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in hospitality or events is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and organisers.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail in planning and delivering events.

Responsibilities

• Increase conversion of enquiries by developing client relationships and maximising sales leads.
• Produce function sheets and liaise closely with hotel operations to ensure smooth running of events.
• Ensure Sales & Catering/Opera/Delphi are updated with accurate information in line with event contracts.
• Work with the M&E Office Manager to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
• Develop strong relationships with organisers to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.
• Gather feedback from clients to encourage repeat business.
