Job summary

BGEN is seeking an experienced LV Engineering leader to provide line management for LV Engineering colleagues, conduct performance reviews, and shape development. The role focuses on safety, quality, and wellbeing across the engineering team in a multidisciplinary environment.

You will mentor staff, plan resources, balance workloads, and contribute to audits, documentation, and business planning. Collaboration with wider teams is essential for growth and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience in LV control panel, MCC, or industrial electrical engineering.
• Previous experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience within the UK Water or Utilities sector.
