Job summary

BGEN Ltd is seeking an LV Engineering leader in Brandon, UK, to mentor the engineering team, plan resources and shape future capacity.

You will drive succession planning, uphold quality, manage performance reviews, and support business growth across the Water/utilities sector.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience in LV control panel, MCC, or industrial electrical engineering.
• Previous experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience within the UK Water or Utilities sector.

What you'll be doing?
