Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Waiter/Waitress for Soho Farmhouse (HayBarn) to deliver refined service to members and guests. You will work closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth dining experience that reflects the club’s professionalism and excellence.

Your main responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and processing payments while maintaining an exceptional level of service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and engage upon seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and note dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, correct delivery of orders.
• Recommend menu items and wine pairings to guests.
• Maintain attentive, proactive table service (water, wine, beverages).
• Keep tables and dining area clean and well-presented at all times.
• Handle member requests with discretion to create memorable experiences.
• Process payments via card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
