Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress for Soho Farmhouse to lead morning to evening service on the floor, guiding staff and upholding the club’s high standards. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

With 2-3 years in luxury dining and strong wine knowledge, you’ll drive exceptional guest service, manage VIPs, and maintain a polished, professional presence across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a similar high-end dining environment, with supervisory or senior waiter experience.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Confident, polished and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly, present menus and engage guests from seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and accommodate dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, correct service.
• Provide menu recommendations including wine pairings.
• Maintain impeccable table service and proactively top up beverages.
• Ensure a clean, well-set dining environment and handle special requests.
