Job summary

Soho House & Co. at Soho Farmhouse (Main Barn) is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to deliver refined, personalised service to members and guests, working closely with the floor and kitchen teams to uphold the Club’s standards of professionalism and discretion.

You will greet guests, take orders, make recommendations, ensure timely delivery, handle payments, and contribute to a memorable dining experience while maintaining a pristine environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings with composure.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-focused with teamwork.
• Able to follow training and Club School standards.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, present menus, and engage from seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and note dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely, correct deliveries.
• Recommend menu items and pairings to guests.
• Maintain pristine table settings and overall dining area.
• Process payments via card, app, or House Pay; uphold discretion.
