Soho House in Banbury is seeking a Waiter/Waitress for Soho Farmhouse (Main Barn) to deliver refined service to our members and guests. You will greet, take orders, make recommendations and assist with the payment process to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume settings and stays calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful to colleagues and guests.
• Ability to follow training schedules and Club standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly, present menus, engage guests on seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, noting allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, correct deliveries.
