Job summary

Dweet is seeking a VIC Ambassador in Harrods to deliver a luxury, personalized experience for VIP and VIC clients. You will greet, advise, present Balmain collections, identify client needs and build loyalty within the store.

You will manage exclusive events and private appointments, coordinate invitations and gifts, and collaborate with Trade Marketing to maintain exceptional client relationships, ensuring a premium, immersive Balmain experience.

Qualifications

• Commercial background with 5–10 years of experience in retail and luxury sectors, ideally Harrods.
• Excellent presentation and oral/written communication skills.
• Strong product orientation, customer relations and business orientation.
• Proactive, team player, enthusiastic, versatile, rigorous and adaptable.
• Fluent in English; a second language would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Greet and advise clients in-store; present products and brand universe; identify client needs and suggest suitable products.
• Build client loyalty and expand the client database; manage VIP and VIC relations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIC clients; organize exclusive events and private appointments.
• Track and report on completed initiatives; coordinate invitations, gifts, and personalized gestures.
• Collaborate with Client Development & Trade Marketing to maintain exceptional relationships with VIC clients.
