Job summary

360 Talent is recruiting for a Senior Client Advisor / VIC Ambassador at Harrods in London. You will deliver a highly personalised client journey, manage ambitious sales targets and recruit/retain an international VIC client base, using advanced RTW styling to build wardrobes.

Qualifications

Proven success within high-end luxury fashion.
Exceptional personal sales figures and strong commercial awareness.
Established VIC relationships and transferable client portfolio.
Advanced RTW styling and wardrobe-building expertise.
Harrods or luxury flagship experience.
Polished, credible and collaborative approach.
Genuine passion for fashion, art, craftsmanship and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised client journey.
Achieve ambitious individual and team sales and clienteling targets.
Recruit, develop and retain an international VIC client base.
Proactively introduce clients to new collections, events and exclusive opportunities.
Confidently style across categories using advanced RTW and wardrobe-building expertise.
Bring the Maison’s heritage, creativity and vision to life through compelling storytelling.
Build long-lasting relationships through consistent and considered client follow-up.
