Job summary

Gieves & Hawkes, part of Fraser Group, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the flagship operations at No.1 Savile Row. You will drive daily store performance, develop the ready-to-wear and bespoke services, and uphold the brand’s heritage of exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3/5 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally menswear, at an Assistant Manager or Store Manager level
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Passion for driving new business & networking with business/individuals
• Expert in people management & improving team performance
• Immaculately presented and flexible to business needs

Responsibilities

• To achieve set financial targets and KPI’s
• To lead, develop and manage an outstanding team who deliver an exceptional customer experience
• To develop and grow the ready-to-wear & made-to-measure areas of the business
• To market & network Gieves & Hawkes locally & regionally
• To ensure top quality customer service and housekeeping/visual merchandising standards
• Stock management and security in liaison with relevant departments
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, induction, training and payroll processes
• Maintain CRM data capture targets and support local marketing events
