Serenity Spa at Seaham Hall is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join our luxury team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalised experience from arrival through departure.

You will manage bookings, support daily operations, and promote our treatments and experiences while maintaining our five-star standards and luxury brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous spa, hospitality, or customer-facing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival to departure.
• Manage spa bookings efficiently, maximising availability and revenue.
• Complete all reception administration, including guest profiles, payments, and reporting.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spa treatments, packages, and promotions.
• Proactively promote spa services, retail, and offers.
• Conduct engaging spa tours for guests.
• Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain impeccable presentation standards across reception areas.
