Seaham Hall is seeking a Reservations Co-Ordinator to join our hospitality team in Seaham Hall, County Durham. The role focuses on handling hotel and spa bookings, including bedrooms, dining, and spa services, with training provided to support all reservation channels.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy, shift-based environment. A neat appearance and reliable transport are expected for this role.

Responsabilités

• Answering incoming calls and emails into the hotel and spa, dealing with queries in an efficient timely manner; coordinating all reservations from individual bookings through to group reservations for both hotel and spa including bedrooms, restaurant and spa reservations.
• Handling guest requests via phone and email and upselling where possible to maximise bookings.
• Following up on reservations from booking to arrival and ensuring smooth check-in operations across the hotel and spa.
• Treating every enquiry as a sales opportunity and maintaining accurate records in the diary and systems.
• Carry out banking at end of shift and resolve any discrepancies while protecting guest confidentiality.
