Four Seasons Hampshire invites you to join our luxury spa team as a Spa Attendant. You will help maintain pristine treatment rooms, support therapists, and ensure guests experience a seamless, high‑standard environment from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred but not essential.
• Strong eye for detail and impeccable presentation.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of spa facilities and changing rooms.
• Prepare treatment rooms to high standards before and after guest appointments.
• Assist therapists and Spa Reception to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide a warm, professional welcome and assist guests with directions and enquiries.
• Support with laundry management and stock control within the spa.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and brand standards are consistently upheld.
