Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain pristine spa spaces, assist therapists, and deliver a luxurious guest experience in a demanding, high-end environment. You will manage room readiness, restock amenities, and support daily operations with a professional, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of spa facilities and treatment rooms.
• Prepare treatment rooms to highest standards before/after guest appointments.
• Replenish spa amenities, towels, robes and guest products throughout the day.
• Monitor spa areas and address cleanliness concerns proactively.
• Welcome guests warmly and assist with directions and enquiries.
• Support therapists and Spa Reception to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with laundry management and stock control in the spa.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene and brand standards are maintained.
• Contribute to a luxury spa environment that exceeds guest expectations.
