Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain a pristine spa, welcome guests, and support therapists. You will ensure rooms are spotless, prepared to the highest standards, and well stocked for daily operations in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hotel, spa or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Positive, proactive and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of all spa facilities.

About the Role

As a Spa Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our spa environment remains pristine, welcoming, and fully prepared throughout the day. Working closely with our therapists and reception team, you will help create a seamless and luxurious experience for every guest from the moment they arrive.

This hands-on position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a guest-focused environment, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

What You Will Do

• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, changing rooms, and public areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms to the highest standards before and after guest appointments.
• Ensure all spa amenities, supplies, towels, robes, slippers, and guest products are replenished throughout the day.
• Monitor spa facilities and proactively address any presentation or cleanliness concerns.
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests and assist with directions and general enquiries.
• Support therapists and the Spa Reception team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with laundry management and stock control within the spa.
• Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and brand standards are consistently maintained.
• Contribute to creating a luxury spa environment that exceeds guest expectations.
