Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain a pristine spa, welcome guests, and support therapists. You will ensure rooms are spotless, prepared to the highest standards, and well stocked for daily operations in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hotel, spa or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Positive, proactive and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of all spa facilities.
• Prepare treatment rooms to the highest standards before and after guest appointments.
• Replenish spa amenities, towels, robes, slippers and guest products.
• Monitor spa facilities and address cleanliness or presentation concerns.
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests and assist with directions.
• Support therapists and the Spa Reception team for smooth daily operations.
• Assist with laundry management and stock control within the spa.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene and brand standards are consistently maintained.
• Contribute to creating a luxury spa environment that exceeds guest expectations.
