Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the restaurant and bar operations in a luxury countryside hotel. You will lead by example on the floor, develop team members, and ensure guest satisfaction through expert service and product knowledge.

You will oversee service standards, training, and daily procedures, collaborating with culinary and hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience while maintaining Four Seasons luxury brand values.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within a restaurant, bar, luxury hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom; sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in the daily operation of the restaurant and bar outlets.
• Lead and motivate team members during service, ensuring Four Seasons standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive, personalised service.
• Assist with team training, coaching, and development.
• Ensure opening, service, and closing procedures are completed effectively.
• Monitor service standards and address opportunities for improvement.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing levels, and planning.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, wines, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety policies.
• Collaborate with culinary and hotel teams for seamless delivery.
• Support inventory control and departmental administration.
• Demonstrate genuine passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Show strong leadership and team development skills.
• Communicate clearly and build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Stay flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Uphold luxury service standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle guest requests confidently and resolve concerns.
