Job summary

Quorn Stone is seeking a Sales Advisor for our Exeter showroom to deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers through the sales journey. The role involves handling enquiries by phone, email or in person, offering expert product advice on luxury stone and porcelain, sizing and pricing, and recording details in the CRM system.

You will work in a busy showroom with a friendly team. The position requires a proven sales background, strong communication, and a passion for interiors.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a sales environment.
• Strong customer service and a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Hands-on approach in a busy showroom.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Experience within the luxury goods market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming sales calls and responding to customer enquiries.
• Guiding customers throughout the sales process from enquiry to aftersales.
• Creating quotations and processing payments.
• Updating the CRM system with customer information and activity.
• Providing knowledge and advice on product suitability, sizing and pricing.
• Maintaining a welcoming showroom environment and building relationships with customers.
