Job summary

FENDI London Selfridges is seeking a Senior or Client Advisor Shoes to deliver an extraordinary and luxurious shopping experience. You will upsell across product categories, manage client relationships, and operate within a premium store environment in London.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail fashion, with luxury sales experience and strong English communication skills. Shoe/footwear category background is an advantage; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Fashion with at least 1 year in Luxury Sale.
• Experience in Shoe category is an advantage.
• Fluent English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Monitor sales performance and KPI achievement by department/ store manager.
• Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched items.
