Job summary

The Dorchester in London is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Proactive Sales team with administrative duties and client communications. You will assist with sales trip planning and familiarisation trips, handling requests, and coordinating internal arrangements to ensure smooth guest experiences.

This role offers opportunities to learn through our award-winning learning academy and to grow within luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or high-service environment.
• Technical skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Driven and creative with strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• You’ll Support all members of the Proactive Sales team with administrative responsibilities
• You’ll have the ability to handle basic client requests in absence of Proactive team member
• You’ll support with sales trip planning
• Assist with all elements of familiarisation trip/client entertainment planning and communication
• Complete all complimentary/special rate stay requests and follow through with all internal arrangements required
• Conduct general site inspections as and when required
