The Dorchester Collection is seeking a Sales Executive to drive proactive sales for The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park. You will cultivate new client relationships, maintain existing accounts, and strive to exceed annual hotel budgets.

You will operate with energy and creativity, aligning with our culture of passion, respect and teamwork, while delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Strong customer service ethic and communication skills.
• Proactive sales approach with ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• English is the primary language used in operations and communications.

Aufgaben

• Proactively sell The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park to assigned territories/industry segments.
• Introduce new clients whilst maintaining existing relationships to drive targeted business.
• Achieve individual goals from assigned territories/industry segments and exceed hotel budgets.
• Have a clear understanding of broad hotel goals and contribute to sales strategies.
