Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the UK to deliver a luxurious, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, utilize clienteling tools, and contribute to omni-channel selling and brand loyalty.

Flexible schedule, nights and weekends as needed, with a contract running from November 1st to December 31st, 2026. This role emphasizes teamwork, product expertise, and a dynamic, fashion-forward environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Proficient with POS, tablets, and basic computer tasks.
• Strong English proficiency; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Assist with daily store operations and transactions.
• Support inventory and visual merchandising.
• Foster teamwork and participate in brand initiatives.
