Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS and mobile selling tools.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with styling and service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools and social selling to capture data.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support store operations.
• Process transactions, manage inventory and assist teammates as needed.
