Coach, part of Tapestry, Inc., is seeking a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom. You will be the front-line ambassador, delivering an elevated shopping experience, meeting sales goals, and supporting daily store operations in a luxury retail setting.

You will build client relationships through styling expertise, cross-selling, and personalized recommendations, using mobile POS and clienteling tools to drive loyalty and revenue. Flexible scheduling including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad, laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with clienteling and social media familiarity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Assist with daily store operations and merchandising.
• Process transactions and manage inventory movement.
• Support teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
