Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a capable retail leader for its UK store. You will manage daily operations, drive sales, and uphold the Coach Experience across omni channel activities including live streaming and social media engagement.

Ideal candidates have luxury retail experience, strong English, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and peak periods in a fast-paced environment. Competitive base pay and employee discounts offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Proficient in POS operation and basic tech (iPad/Laptop).
• Effective communication with customers and team (oral & written).
• Willingness to learn live stream shopping techniques and social video creation.

Responsibilities

• Understand how individual productivity impacts the store.
• Behave like a brand ambassador.
• Model sales behaviors including omni channel and virtual selling services.
• Maintain high energy on the sales floor.
