Gieves & Hawkes in the United Kingdom seeks a passionate Retail Assistant to represent the brand with integrity. You will guide clients, discuss product features, and promote tailoring, MTM and bespoke services where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience, preferably in luxury.
• Solid grasp of selling principles and customer service.
• Fit to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements and highlighting features & benefits.
• Provide accurate information about products and processes, directing customers to the correct department.
• Upsell MTM and Bespoke where appropriate and manage alterations clearly.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to dress code.
