Cambridge House is seeking a Room Attendant to help create spaces that feel extraordinary and personal. You will work with the Housekeeping team to present guest rooms and suites with impeccable care, ensuring a warm, welcoming stay.

Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality experience, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to privacy and safety while maintaining flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Formación

• Previous room attendant experience in luxury hospitality.
• Understanding of cleaning methods, hygiene standards, and health and safety practices.
• Respect for guest privacy and belongings.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare rooms and suites with care, ensuring spaces are immaculate and welcoming.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, furnishings and surfaces to high standards, following procedures.
• Keep corridors, pantries and shared areas tidy and well stocked.
• Treat guests' belongings with discretion and respect.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office and Cambridge House team for a seamless guest experience.
• Communicate maintenance concerns or lost property through proper channels.
• Stay flexible and positive, adapting to changing priorities while upholding standards.
• Contribute to shaping the Cambridge House guest experience from day one.
