Cambridge House in Mayfair, part of the Auberge Collection, is seeking a Public Area Attendant to bring the property's character to life by keeping public spaces impeccably clean and welcoming. You will help create an atmosphere that feels effortless, considered and homely for every guest.

From corridors to lounges, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness, handle delicate interiors with care, and ensure amenities are replenished and presented to anticipate guest needs.

Formación

• Previous experience in housekeeping, public area cleaning or a similar role within luxury hospitality would be an advantage.
• An understanding of cleaning methods, products, equipment and the care required for different surfaces and materials.
• An understanding of health, safety and hygiene practices, including the safe use and storage of cleaning products.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, as required.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsabilidades

• Take pride in the finer details, ensuring surfaces sparkle, furnishings are beautifully arranged and every space feels fresh, calm and inviting.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including, corridors, restrooms, staircases and other shared spaces, to the highest standards.
• Clean and care for delicate interiors, furnishings and materials using the right products and techniques to preserve the character, craftsmanship and elegance of every finish.
• Ensure amenities and supplies are replenished and beautifully presented, so everything is just as it should be, whenever a guest needs it.
• Respond thoughtfully to guest requests, offering a warm and discreet presence while respecting privacy and maintaining the atmosphere of the House.
• Keep a watchful eye on the finer details, report maintenance concerns, damaged items or anything requiring attention promptly, working with fellow team members to ensure every detail is taken care of.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures with care, maintaining a safe, organised and well-presented working environment.
