Cambridge House in Mayfair, part of Auberge Collection, invites applications for a Room Attendant. You will help create a space that feels extraordinary and personal, dressing beds and preparing rooms with care to welcome every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a room attendant role, within luxury hospitality.
• An understanding of professional cleaning methods, hygiene standards and health and safety practices.
• Respect for guest privacy, and the importance of treating every room and personal belonging with care.
• A willingness to learn, develop and embrace the distinctive standards and culture of Cambridge House.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, as required.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms and suites with care and precision to welcome each guest.
• Maintain furnishings, bathrooms and surfaces to high standards per cleaning and hygiene procedures.
• Keep corridors and shared areas clean, orderly and stocked.
• Treat guests’ belongings and privacy with discretion and care.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Report maintenance concerns or lost property promptly through proper channels.
• Remain flexible and positive, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining standards.
• Contribute to the Cambridge House guest experience from day one.

Working in supporting the wider Housekeeping team, you will help bring the Cambridge House experience to life, ensuring every guest room and suite is presented with impeccable care and a genuine sense of welcome. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare rooms and suites with care and precision, ensuring every space feels immaculate, inviting and ready to welcome each and every guest.

Take pride in the finer touches, ensuring furnishings, bathrooms and surfaces are presented to the highest standards whilst following established cleaning, hygiene and safety procedures.

Keep corridors, pantries and shared housekeeping areas clean, orderly, fully stocked and beautifully presented.

Treat guests’ belongings, personal information and privacy with the utmost discretion, care and respect.

Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office and fellow Cambridge House team members to ensure a seamless and thoughtful guest experience. Promptly communicate maintenance concerns, lost property or any items requiring attention through the right channels.

Approach each day with flexibility and a positive spirit, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining exceptional standards.
