Cambridge House, Auberge Collection in London’s Mayfair invites you to join as a Room Attendant, helping create a space that feels extraordinary and personal. You will support the Housekeeping team to ensure every guest room and suite is presented with impeccable care and a genuine welcome.

Ideal candidates will have luxury hospitality experience, strong cleaning standards, respect for guest privacy, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Previous experience in a room attendant role within luxury hospitality.
• Understanding of professional cleaning methods and hygiene standards.

As a Room Attendant for Cambridge House, you will play an essential part in creating a space that feels both extraordinary and deeply personal. Working in supporting the wider Housekeeping team, you will help bring the Cambridge House experience to life, ensuring every guest room and suite is presented with impeccable care and a genuine sense of welcome. With a keen eye, a thoughtful approach and pride in your craft, you will help make each stay feel effortless, personal and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms and suites with care and precision, ensuring every space feels immaculate, inviting and ready to welcome each and every guest.
• Take pride in the finer touches, ensuring furnishings, bathrooms and surfaces are presented to the highest standards whilst following established cleaning, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Keep corridors, pantries and shared housekeeping areas clean, orderly, fully stocked and beautifully presented.
• Treat guests’ belongings, personal information and privacy with the utmost discretion, care and respect.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office and fellow Cambridge House team members to ensure a seamless and thoughtful guest experience. Promptly communicate maintenance concerns, lost property or any items requiring attention through the right channels.
• Approach each day with flexibility and a positive spirit, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining exceptional standards.
• Help shape the distinctive Cambridge House guest experience from day one, contributing to the thoughtful details and shared standards that make our House special.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a room attendant role, within luxury hospitality.
• An understanding of professional cleaning methods, hygiene standards and health and safety practices.
• Respect for guest privacy, and the importance of treating every room and personal belonging with care.
• A willingness to learn, develop and embrace the distinctive standards and culture of Cambridge House.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, as required.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
