Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality experience, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to privacy and safety while maintaining flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous room attendant experience in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms and suites with care, ensuring spaces are immaculate and welcoming.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, furnishings and surfaces to high standards, following procedures.
• Keep corridors, pantries and shared areas tidy and well stocked.
• Treat guests' belongings with discretion and respect.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office and Cambridge House team for a seamless guest experience.
• Communicate maintenance concerns or lost property through proper channels.
• Stay flexible and positive, adapting to changing priorities while upholding standards.
• Contribute to shaping the Cambridge House guest experience from day one.

As a Room Attendant for Cambridge House, you will play an essential part in creating a space that feels both extraordinary and deeply personal. Behind every carefully dressed bed, every thoughtfully considered detail and every room prepared with perfection lies the opportunity to make someone feel truly at home. Working in supporting the wider Housekeeping team, you will help bring the Cambridge House experience to life, ensuring every guest room and suite is presented with impeccable care and a genuine sense of welcome. With a keen eye, a thoughtful approach and pride in your craft, you will help make each stay feel effortless, personal and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare rooms and suites with care and precision, ensuring every space feels immaculate, inviting and ready to welcome each and every guest.
• Take pride in the finer touches, ensuring furnishings, bathrooms and surfaces are presented to the highest standards whilst following established cleaning, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Keep corridors, pantries and shared housekeeping areas clean, orderly, fully stocked and beautifully presented.
• Treat guests' belongings, personal information and privacy with the utmost discretion, care and respect.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office and fellow Cambridge House team members to ensure a seamless and thoughtful guest experience. Promptly communicate maintenance concerns, lost property or any items requiring attention through the right channels.
• Approach each day with flexibility and a positive spirit, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining exceptional standards.
• Help shape the distinctive Cambridge House guest experience from day one, contributing to the thoughtful details and shared standards that make our House special.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a room attendant role, within luxury hospitality.
• An understanding of professional cleaning methods, hygiene standards and health and safety practices.
• Respect for guest privacy, and the importance of treating every room and personal belonging with care.
• A willingness to learn, develop and embrace the distinctive standards and culture of Cambridge House.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, as required.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
