Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare rooms and suites with care and precision, ensuring every space feels immaculate, inviting and ready to welcome each and every guest.
• Take pride in the finer touches, ensuring furnishings, bathrooms and surfaces are presented to the highest standards whilst following established cleaning, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Keep corridors, pantries and shared housekeeping areas clean, orderly, fully stocked and beautifully presented.
• Treat guests’ belongings, personal information and privacy with the utmost discretion, care and respect.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office and fellow Cambridge House team members to ensure a seamless and thoughtful guest experience. Promptly communicate maintenance concerns, lost property or any items requiring attention through the right channels.
• Approach each day with flexibility and a positive spirit, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining exceptional standards.
• Help shape the distinctive Cambridge House guest experience from day one, contributing to the thoughtful details and shared standards that make our House special.

• Previous experience in a room attendant role, within luxury hospitality.
• An understanding of professional cleaning methods, hygiene standards and health and safety practices.
• Respect for guest privacy, and the importance of treating every room and personal belonging with care.
