Qualificações

• Experienced team manager with strong client experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a successful team
• Experience in fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and time management

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, lead and motivate the team and drive closely their performance
• Promote exceptional relationships building with current and new clients through clienteling initiatives to foster growth of our local and international clients base
• Drive sales performance by setting and achieving team sales targets, maintain knowledge of product offerings, storytelling and savoir faire
• Oversee operational processes, inventory management, maintain VM and ensure compliance
