• Significant experience in retail leadership, ideally in a luxury, premium or service-led environment.
• Strong client mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate business insights into action.
